Terms and Conditions of our 60 day Money Back Guarantee on purchases of the Silk’n SensEpil

Please read the following details carefully.

1. Silk’n 60 Day Trial Offer applies only to Silk’n SensEpil Home Hair Removal System purchased from this web site as from the 20th of June 2011
2. Within the 60 days of your purchase, you must contact us by telephone (Ph: 02 80033675) to obtain a Return Authorisation Code
3. Cheque refunds will only be provided once you, the customer, has returned the product to us, and included the following:
   1. the product including: power lead, manuals, (and DVD where applicable) in the original packaging
   2. the original purchase receipt (a print out of your confirmation email)
   3. and the Return Authorisation Code
4. You must send the product to us, at your own expense for all freight and insurance, quoting the Return Authorisation Code
5. The refund amount is based on the purchase price less the Recommended Retail Price of any used or partially used disposal light cartridges supplied with the unit
6. Returns must be couriered (at your own cost) to:

7. Refunds are only valid if we receive the product within 70 days of the purchase date and if, in our opinion, the product has been used in the recommended manner
