What are the energy level options?
Silk’n Infinity G offers 5 levels of energy from 1 (the lowest) to 5 (the highest), represented by 5 energy level indicator lights Whenever Silk’n Infinity G is turned on, its energy level will automatically be reset to the lowest energy level. Only one ENERGY LEVEL INDICATOR LIGHT will be on.
Why the energy level I use is important?
The energy level determines the intensity of the Silk’n Infinity G light pulse delivered to your skin. As energy level increases, so do hair removal results as well as the risk of possible side effects and complications.
How do I set the energy level?
To set the energy level, press the CENTRAL BUTTON repeatedly to increase the energy level from 1 to 5 and from 5 directly back to 1.

What do I do if my Silk’n Infinity G does not start?
Make sure the ADAPTOR is properly connected to the Silk’n Infinity G device. Make sure the ADAPTOR is plugged into an electrical outlet on the wall.
What do I do if the galvanic pulse is not activated when I press the PULSE TRIGGER?
Make sure your hand is touching the BASE ELECTRODE when pressing the PULSE TRIGGER. The galvanic treatment circulation requires closing the galvanic circuit by simultaneously pressing the trigger and the electrode at the same time, in order to effectively treat your skin.
What do I do if I press the PULSE TRIGGER and a light pulse is not emitted?
Make sure that the yellow READY/SKIN TONE WARNING INDICATOR LIGHT is blinking slowly to ensure you have good contact with the skin and that the TREATMENT SURFACE is evenly and firmly pressed to the skin. For your safety, the PULSE TRIGGER will activate a pulse only if the TREATMENT SURFACE is firmly pressed against the skin. Check the SKIN TONE WARNING INDICATOR LIGHT. If it blinks rapidly, this is an indication that your skin tone, measured by the SKIN COLOUR SENSOR, is too dark for safe application. Try using the device on a different body part or contact Silk’n® customer support. If the yellow light is constantly on, together with any number of indicator lights, you have a system error. Unplug the device and plug it back in. If these problems persist, contact your local Silk’n customer service centre. Check if all lights are blinking together in a circle. If so, unplug the device from its power source. The device has reached its End of Life stage. This device is to be orderly disposed of.
What are the possible side effects using Silk’n Infinity G?
When used according to the instructions, side effects and complications associated with the use of Silk’n Infinity are uncommon. However, every cosmetic procedure, including those designed for home use, involves some degree of risk. Does it hurt?
Most users of the Silk’n Infinity G report feeling a slight sensation of tingling or heat when a light pulse is emitted. Users with darker and thicker hair may feel slightly more discomfort, but once again this will subside once the treatment is completed. How often should I use the Silk’n Infinity G?
Typical Silk’n hair removal plan during a full hair growth cycle:

Yes the Silk'n Infinity G safe for all skin tones whilst black and dark brown hair works best with the Silk’n Infinity G, lighter brown hairs also respond however they may need a few more treatments. Red, white, grey and blonde hair may show a response and will require more treatments.
Can the Silk’n Infinity G be used on men?
Both men and women can use the Silk’n Infinity G. However, due to our biological differences, male hair may require a few more sessions to achieve the desired results.
I can see my hair growing back a week after using the Silk’n Infinity G. Why?
There are two reasons why you might be seeing hair growing back after a treatment. It is common for hair to appear as if it’s still growing up to two weeks after a treatment; however this process is known as “ejection”, it’s the effected hair making its way to the surface where it will then fall out naturally.The second reason you might see hair growth after treatment is because our hair grows in three different stages and only hair in the active growth stage will be affected by the treatment. This is why you’ll need to complete multiple sessions.
Is it true that some hairs can grow back lighter and finer after Light Based Hair Removal?
It is possible that some hairs may grow back finer and lighter after hair removal however these hairs are a fraction of what was originally there and can be removed completely with further treatments.
Can I use the Silk’n Infinity G if I’ve got tanned skin or after sun exposure?
Tanned skin contains large quantities of the pigment Melanin, which can expose the skin to a higher risk of adverse effects when using light based hair removal devices on the affected areas, including the Silk’n Infinity G. To assure a safe and healthy result, spend no more than recommended time in the sun for 4 weeks before, and 2 weeks after, any treatment. Note that if using the Silk’n Infinity G, it is highly recommended that you use only energy level 1 on tanned skin.
Can I use the Silk’n Infinity G to remove facial hair?
Yes, the Silk’n Infinity can be used to remove facial hair however you should never use the Silk’n Infinity G near or around the eyes.
Do I need to prep the skin before using the Silk’n Infinity G?
- Before beginning a session ensure that the skin being treated is free of moisturisers and lotions. Clean with mild soap and water and towel dry.
- Hairs should be shaved down to skin level.
- Avoid sun exposure on the areas to be treated for at least four weeks.
How should I care for the treated areas after using the Silk’n Infinity G?
After your session it is recommended to apply a body lotion to the treated area to help your skin recover from the treatment faster. You can use a body lotion or use your own.Do not expose areas of skin treated in energy levels 2 - 5 to the sun. Be sure to carefully protect the treated skin with sunscreen of factor SPF 30 or higher,throughout the hair removal period and for at least 2 weeks following your last Silk’n Infinity treatment session.
Should I pull the hairs our after treatment?
No. The hairs will fall out naturally over a two-week period.
What do with the Silk’n Infinity G after I finish my treatment?
- 1. When your treatment session has been completed turn Silk’n Infinity G off by giving the CENTRAL BUTTON an extended press. Be sure to remember the last energy level settingyou used, as it will not be restored when turning Silk’n Infinity on again.
- 2. Unplug the ADAPTOR cord from the electrical outlet.
- 3. After every hair removal session clean your Silk’n Infinity G device, especially the TREATMENT SURFACE.
- 4. After cleaning, it is recommended to store your Silk’n Infinity G device in its original box, and keep it away from water.
